airplane quilt

I just finished this quilt for my new grandson, due in about 3 weeks. His folks chose the pattern and I chose the fabrics, some from my stash. It worked up really fast!

Meet Nana Laura

Who is Nana Laura?

I am Laura Jane Packham Ricks, a 61-year old divorced mother of six (Nathan, Eli, Jesse, Aaron, Hannah, and Isaac) and grandmother of six (Dallin, Mia, Avey, Kaitlyn, Carver, and Hakan). I am a special ed teachers' aide in elementary school and a library volunteer. I enjoy teaching, all types of sewing and needlework, gardening, cooking, writing, reading, and playing the piano.
